At Elite Decor Prints, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be undamaged

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at elitedecorprints@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, ordering error, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at elitedecorprints@gmail.com, including photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us

Because many of our products are made to order, returns may be limited unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at elitedecorprints@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
